Robert S. Rowand, L. Ac. is a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine NY with a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture and Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Wellness Studies from Rutgers University. He received his national certification from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in 2003. He is licensed through the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners and has been in practice since 2004. He previously worked as a faculty member at Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine (ESTOM) where he taught Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Theory, and was clinic supervisor from 2009 to 2011. He has done many speaking engagements for local hospitals and within the medical community, and has written published articles on acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He has been in practice for 14 years, with 2 office locations serving the Philadelphia area and South Jersey.
